- They tick the elections on the Qatar Order Form (§3) and sign.
- Qatar-lawyer sign-off is required before the Qatar Addendum is issued to a real school — this pack is not yet at the UAE pack's single-issue sign-off stage. See the Qatar Addendum's closing notice for the three open items.
Estimated end-to-end procurement time: not yet established — first Qatar contract will set the benchmark, and is expected to take longer than the UAE's 5–10 working days until the Article 16 permission process and arbitration forum are confirmed with Qatar counsel (see Qatar Addendum).
Note on scope. This pack does not yet include a Qatar equivalent of the UAE pack's ADEK Digital Policy self-attestation or PDPL DSR runbook — Qatar has no single published third-party-platform digital policy equivalent to ADEK's, and the PDPPL data-subject-rights process (PDPPL Articles 9–13) is addressed in outline in the Qatar Addendum §2.2.4 pending a dedicated runbook if a live Qatar contract requires one.
