Two thirds of what schools do every day for SEND pupils has no published evidence of effectiveness.
That number stopped us in our tracks. Two thirds of the interventions, programmes, and strategies used with some of the most vulnerable children in our schools, with no evidence they work. Some with evidence they actively harm.
OMNIA was built to close that gap. Every strategy in the platform is rated against MetaSENse, the EEF, Hattie's Visible Learning, and 414 other evidence sources. When the evidence says an approach is contraindicated for a specific need type, OMNIA says so. Clearly. Undismissably.
We think SENDCos deserve tools that are honest about what the evidence actually shows.
Built by someone who still does this work.
I am a practising SENDCo. I write plans, run reviews, manage provision maps, and sit in the meetings where decisions about children's futures get made. I have done this in UK primary schools, in a specialist autism provision, in international schools in Tokyo, and now in Abu Dhabi.
I built OMNIA because the tools available to SENDCos were not good enough. Not the AI tools. All of them. The paperwork was consuming time that belonged to children. The evidence behind most planning tools was thin or invisible. The platforms built for SEND management were built by people who had never written a plan under pressure at the end of a long Wednesday.
I have. I still do.
That is the only reason this platform exists. And it is the reason it works the way it does.

Why we built this.
Every SENDCo knows the format. A table. Seven columns. Targets written in a rush, strategies squeezed into a box nobody reads, a Review Outcome column left blank until the day before the meeting.
It is printed, signed, filed, and forgotten. Until next term, when it gets photocopied with a new date at the top.
The plan was never the problem. The system holding it was.
Inclusion work happens in the margins: a conversation with a parent at the gate, a TA noticing something in second period, a pupil finally using a strategy that took six weeks to bed in. None of that makes it into a Word table. None of it informs the next review. None of it is visible to the class teacher who needs it most.
OMNIA was built by a practising SENDCo who lived inside this problem. Not to digitise the table, but to replace what the table was trying to do: create a shared, living picture of every pupil's needs, progress, and provision.
For Class Teachers
Strategies that are visible when they are needed, not buried in a document on a shared drive nobody can find.
For Pupils
Support that is consistent because the people around them are working from the same picture, updated by everyone, readable by anyone with a reason to know.
The static DLP had a good run. Inclusion deserves something better.
Professional standards
OMNIA supports professional judgment. It does not replace it.
All AI output requires qualified review.
Every plan, strategy, and target generated by OMNIA must be reviewed, edited, and approved by a qualified practitioner before it is shared. AI drafts. People decide.
OMNIA does not assess or diagnose.
OMNIA helps you plan provision for needs that have already been identified, and it flags when those needs may require specialist input. It does not produce clinical assessments or diagnostic indicators.
Every suggestion cites its source.
No strategy appears in OMNIA without a named evidence source. If a suggestion cannot be traced to the EEF, NICE, nasen, or another credible body, it does not appear.

What OMNIA is for.
OMNIA Inclusion exists to ensure that every child with SEND receives support that is grounded in evidence, carefully planned, and properly documented, regardless of which school they attend, which country they live in, or which MIS their school uses.
We believe that a SENDCo's professional expertise should be amplified by intelligent tools, not buried under administrative burden. OMNIA drafts. You decide.
We believe that parents deserve to understand what support their child is receiving and to contribute to it meaningfully.
We believe that evidence belongs in the classroom, not in academic journals that most teachers never read.
That is what OMNIA is for.
