Flat from Year 1 onward — no step-down, no Year 2 or Year 3 transition. The discount applies to the standard per-pupil price for as long as your school maintains continuous subscription. The one-time £250 setup fee still applies in full and is not discounted. If your school cancels, the discount is permanently forfeited — re-signing is at full standard price.
In exchange: feedback, a named case study, and endorsements. It's a genuine offer, not a waitlist — if it's a fit, we can move on it straight away. The only real constraint is how many schools can be properly onboarded at once while the founder is still teaching full time.

Founding Trust: a separate, 1-trust-ever programme — 10% off the MAT marginal price, for life, on the first 10,000 pupils trust-wide. Independent of the 5-place Founding Schools programme above — separate cap, no shared pool.
