Founding school programme

A small number of founding school places are still available for September 2026.

OMNIA is at the point where the platform is built, the evidence base is in place, and the vision is clear. What we need now are the right schools — not beta testers, not free trials, but genuine partners who want to be part of shaping what SEND management looks like for the next generation of SENDCos.

A Founding School is not a customer. It is a collaborator.

Founding school places

A small number of founding school places are still available for September 2026. Individual schools of any size and phase, UK or international. Multi-academy trusts are welcome — MAT conversations happen directly through the contact form.

What founding schools receive

Direct founder access

Not a support ticket queue. A direct line to the person who built the platform, throughout the founding school period.

Priority support

One working day response commitment on all queries, for the life of the founding school agreement.

Early feature access

Every new feature before general release, with the opportunity to shape how it develops before it goes live.

Significantly reduced pricing

Founding School Programme: 15% off the standard per-pupil price, for the lifetime of your continuous subscription — flat from Year 1 onward, no step-down. It's a genuine offer, not a waitlist — if it's a fit, we can move on it straight away. The only real constraint is how many schools can be properly onboarded at once while the founder is still teaching full time.

Named recognition

Named as a Founding School on the OMNIA website and in commercial materials, as part of the story of how OMNIA was built.

What founding schools commit to

Active adoption

Genuine, sustained use of the platform across its core functions — plans, screeners, review workflows, and the parent portal — within the first term.

A named case study

One written case study at the end of year one, jointly drafted and approved by the school before publication.

Testimonials

A testimonial from the SENDCo and a senior leader, for use in OMNIA's commercial materials. Both approved before use.

Reference calls

Willingness to speak with up to two prospective OMNIA schools per year to share their experience.

Product input

Participation in OMNIA's quarterly founding school input sessions — helping shape what gets built next.

Who it's right for

Founding schools tend to share a few characteristics. Strong inclusion practice. A SENDCo who wants to engage properly with a platform rather than just use it. Leadership that understands why good SEND management matters strategically, not just for compliance. And a genuine interest in being part of something that could change how SENDCos work across every British school.

If that sounds like your school, we would like to talk.

Multi-academy trusts

Founding Trust

A separate, smaller programme from the 5 individual Founding School places above — limited to 1 trust, ever. A Founding Trust gets 10% off the standard MAT marginal price, for the lifetime of continuous subscription, on the first 10,000 pupils trust-wide, plus direct input into trust-level dashboard features, bespoke onboarding across the network, and a seat at the table for every product decision that affects trust-level functionality. In exchange: feedback, a case study, and an endorsement — mandatory, though whether it's published under the trust's real name is a separate conversation.

Exact figures depend on trust size — get in touch to discuss your trust and check the Founding Trust place is still open.

Get in touch.

If you think your school might be the right fit for a founding school place, the first step is a conversation. Send us a note and we'll take it from there.
