MAT pricing built for trusts
A trust is priced as one aggregate contract against its combined roll across every school in the trust — not per school. The rate is marginal: £1.30 per pupil for the first 6,000 pupils trust-wide, and £1.10 per pupil for every pupil above that. A one-time setup fee is charged once at onboarding: £1,000 plus £200 per school beyond 4 for trusts of 4 or more schools, or £250 per school for smaller trusts. One contract. One DPA. One admin pane to onboard every school in the trust.

All prices exclude VAT and are billed on the whole-school roll across the trust, not the SEND register. The single-school £500/year minimum does not apply inside a MAT contract.
